ELITE OPEN LEAGUES NOTICE

NATIONAL SENIOR AND ELITE OPEN LEAGUE 2020

The IABA is introducing a new league programme for all male and female boxers born between 1980 and 2001. This league format will allow interested boxers to be kept active with competitive contests and leave themselves open for selection for Internationals organised by the Central Council of the IABA.

Previously boxers at this level may not have got many competitive bouts from one championships to the next, and hence the need for this league.

The format will mean that if eight boxers enter at a weight, then each individual will potentially get seven contests.
