Ireland, pictured above in France, will compete in a number of test matches to complete their training camp in France this week.


The squad are training and sparring with the host nation, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and the Team GB squad in Nancy, reports Irish coaches Dmitry Dimitruc and Jimmy Payne.



The team returns home on Wednesday ahead of the European Union Women’s Elite Championships which begin in Italy on August 3.


Ireland will send an eight-strong squad to the EU Championships.
