Dates: October 18th 19th, 25th, 26th, and November 1st & 2nd

(Boxers will weigh in daily and will have a Medical exam on the first day they box)
Draws: 2.30 pm on Tuesday 15th October In the National Stadium
the draw is being conducted on the basis of pre entry only
Age Requirements:
(Men & Women) boxers born 1979-2001 and not have won a National Intermediate, Senior or National Elite Championship title.

Women: 48kg / 51kg/ 54kg / 57kg / 60kg / 64kg / 69kg / 75kg / 81kg / 81+kg
Men: 49kg / 52kg / 56kg / 60kg / 64kg / 69kg / 75kg / 81kg / 91kg / 91+kg
Entries: Medical Record Cards and a non –refundable entry fee of 20 Euros must be sent in with pre-entry form before the closing date of Monday 14th October. As the draw is being conducted on the basis of pre entry only boxers for whom entries have been will be allowed box. Entries must specify Club, weight division and date of birth.
Boxing: Boxing will be over 3×3 minute rounds for men and women.
Males must present themselves clean shaven. NO HEADGUARDS for all male boxers over 18 as per new AIBA Rules.
Males must present themselves clean shaven and all boxers must advise the doctor of any medication they are taking or have taken in the preceding 4 weeks. Anti Doping may be carried out at any stage of the championships. It is imperative that all boxers adhere to the Anti-Doping Rules and Regulations- any queries regarding this matter please contact Mr Larry Morrison Anti-Doping Officer IABA on 0860292476
Non Pregnancy Declaration forms must be signed.
Attire: Boxers shall have one red and one blue vest. Coaches must wear track suits and runners at all sessions and endeavour to set a high standard of hygiene at all times in the corners no caps/hats are allowed. Boxers must not wear long sleeved shirts under vests. Hair must be tied back and swimming hats should be worn under headgear.
No Red, Orange or pink Gum shields.
Sportsmanship: all decisions must be accepted in a sporting manner any complaints must be addressed to the Chief Official Stephen Connolly. Please show respect to all Ringside Officials. A document is being prepared stipulating requirements in relation to conduct and the use of social media which will require the signature of all boxers and coaches at weigh-in.
