You will find the Affiliation Letter outlining the process and costs for affiliation along with the affiliation form. Please download and print this out and fill in fully and correctly.
Should you need a hard copy of this posted to you please send your name, club and your postal address to info@iaba.ie as soon as possible.
Please note the Affiliation Form are for Club level only.
