Ulster High Performance in partnership with Sport Northern Ireland hosted a High Performance Culture Seminar with Damian Hughes. Damian Hughes is an author to a number of different books such as ‘The Barca Way’ and ‘The Five Steps to a Winning Mindset’. Ulster High Performance invited the National High Performance coaching team as well as Development Coaches who assist Ulster High Performance and lastly the Ulster branch who works closely with Ulster High Performance.
