January 24th 8.00am – 9.00am.
Entry Fee: €30 Per Boxer payable at weigh-in
Draw: January 9th at 12.00pm. Seeding will be in operation
Boxing: January 9th at 7.00pm. Other times contingent on entries and will be announced at the draw.
Duration: Duration of rounds- Men 3×3 Minutes
Women – 4×2 minutes.

Women Kg 48-51-54-57-60-64-69-75-81-81+
Age Requirements: Boxers born between 1975 and 1996 and must be
pre-entered on attached form.
Male boxers must be present themselves clean shaven, no head gear shall be worn by any male boxer. All boxers must advise the Doctor of any medication they are taking or have been taking in the proceeding 4 weeks and are liable to be drug tested at any stage of the competition. Attention is called to the stipulation in the IABA Rule Book that each boxer presented by his/her club for competition should be fit to box. This is the responsibility of the club.
Entries on the attached official entry form, accompanied by boxers Medical Record Card should be forwarded to reach the undersigned not later than 6.00pm on Monday January 5th giving name, date of birth, weight and club and are subject to vetting. Late entries will not be accepted. It is a condition of entry that all competitors and officials have a signed Waiver/Members Acknowledgement Form and adheres to any agreement made with the Association Sponsors. Coaches must wear tracksuits and runners at all sessions and endeavour to set a high standard of hygiene in the corners.
Re-grading: Due to new World Body (AIBA) Rules, Intermediate boxers participating in this competition can no longer be regarded.
