Irish captain Frankie Cleary and Michael Nevin are in action today at the European Youth Championships in Kolobrzeg, Poland.

Nevin is up first in the afternoon session, followed by Cleary in the evening session.

Victory for Nevin over Heorhi Varashylau of Belarus will see the former European Schoolboy and Junior champion into the last 16.

Cleary meets Sandor Tar of Hungary for a place in the quarter-finals at the 38-nation tournament.

Boxing begins at 1pm today (Irish time).
