STRANDJA MULTI-NATIONS UPDATE

Team Ireland fly out to Sofia tomorrow for their first tournament in eleven months because of the Covid-19-pandemic.

The squad are taking part in the 72nd Strandja multi-nations which are scheduled to begin next Tuesday in the Bulgarian capital.

Thirty-five nations, including the host country, Ireland, Kazakhstan and the USA, will go into the hat for next Monday’s draw.

Ireland, courtesy of Kellie Harrington and Aoife O’Rourke, who are with the Irish squad for next week’s tournament, claimed silver and bronze at the last edition of the Strandja multi-nations in January 2021.
