64TH BOCSKAI MULTI-NATIONS UPDATE

Galway’s Gabriel Dossen, pictured with Irish coaches, was scheduled to meet Hungary’s Zoltan Harsca in the last four of the Bocskai Memorial in Debrecen, Hungary today.

However, it’s understood that Harsca has withdrawn and Dossen has received a walkover into Friday’s middleweight final.

Georgia’s Giorgi Kharabadaze and France’s Victor Yoka meet in the corresponding 75kg semi-final this afternoon.

Dossen, who has impressed in his two victories so far, weighed-in this morning. The Olympic BC man is guaranteed a medal at the 64th edition of the tournament.

All finals will be decided tomorrow.

The Irish squad are due to arrive home on Saturday evening at 6.05pm via Dublin Airport via Budapest.
