63 Tokyo 2020 places are up for grabs with the preliminary rounds of the competition now completed in Amman.

The European qualifiers begin in London on March 13. Seventy-seven places – 50 for men and 27 for women – will be on the line.
Team Ireland’s 13-strong squad leave for London on March 11.
The Americas qualifiers begin in Buenos Aires at the end of the month.
The final World event in Paris in May completes the qualification process for Tokyo 2020.
286 boxers – 186 men and 100 women- will battle it out in Tokyo, over half a century after Immaculata BC legend Jim McCourt won Ireland’s only medal (bronze) in any sport at Tokyo 1964.
Six Tokyo 2020 host places go to Japan and eight invitation places will be distributed through the Tripartite Commission.
