Adam Hession and John Paul Hale are in action in the last-four at the Brandenburg Youth Cup in Frankfurt/Oder, Germany today.

Both young men box in back-to-back semi-finals versus Italy and Belarus between (approximately) 12.15pm and 12.45pm (Irish times) this afternoon.

Cork flyweight Owen McDonagh, who beat a Russian opponent in the last-eight, meets a second Russian opponent in the 2nd bout in the 2nd session which begins at 4pm (Irish time).

Russia are using two sides in Germany.

All three Irish athletes are guaranteed at least bronze.
