Gabriel Dossen (blue) tonight
The Irish middleweight claimed his second victory in 24 hours at the Eindhoven Box Cup tonight after beating English international Ramtin Musah of the Beartown ABC.
The World Youth medallist, who beat Beijing Olympian Herry Saliku Biembe in the quarter-finals yesterday, earned on a unanimous decision to book his spot in the 75kg final.
“Excellent performance from Gabriel against a really tough England international. Gabriel started at high tempo from Round 1 catching his opponent with combinations, Round 2 was closer and Gabriel was phenomenal in Round 3,” said Mongan who is working Dossen’s corner with Johnny Myers.
Dossen is representing the Olympic BC in Eindhoven.
He’ll meet Dutch No.1 Max Van Der Par for gold tomorrow.
