Ed Griffin reports

Well folks what a fantastic weekend of boxing at this year’s Esker All Female BoxCup 2019. Nearly 200 bouts/exhibitions from Underage to Elite level took place with less than 10 inside the distance decisions. 18 countries from across 3 continents took part and over 122 clubs. Of the 430 registered boxers we had about 330 weigh in and actually box, a record for the tournament. A lot of work and preparation goes on throughout the year leading up to the weekend and preparation has already started for 2020’s edition.
