Team Ireland are having an excellent training camp ahead of next month’s European Women’s Elite Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, according to Irish head coach Zaur Antia.

The squad are currently training at the Institute of Sport in Abbotstown,Dublin.

The Sofia panel will be confirmed shortly.

A final training camp is lined up for Sheffield from November 2nd to 7th.

“The team are training really well, very committed, said Ireland’s chief seconds. “It is an excellent training camp, excellent facilities. Everyone is getting a lot of work done.”

The 2016 European Elite Women’s Championships, the final AIBA ranking tournament of the year, begins in Sofia on November 14th.
