Morocco (four) and Zambia (three) earned seven berths at the 32nd Olympiad.
33 quotas are available through Africa.
The remaining places will be claimed today via box-offs.
Meanwhile, the Asia/Oceania qualifiers begin in Amann next Tuesday.
The European leg of the journey to Tokyo starts in London on March 13 followed by the Americas in Buenos Aires.
286 boxers – 186 males and 100 females – will battle it out at Tokyo 2020.
Six places go to the host nation Japan and 8 berths are distributed through the Tripartite Commission (invitations).
272 places will be won in the ring through the qualification process.
