The Irish Athletic Third (Level) Boxing Association (IATBA) weighed in yesterday for the Eindhoven Box Cup and a strong Irish contingent is present in Holland for this prestigious tournament.
The draw saw Gary McKenna (Old School Monaghan/University of Ulster) matched in the 64KG quarter final pairing with Aito Koster (Netherlands) who was drawn first.
Next up was Conor Ivors (St.Francis Limerick/Limerick I.T.) who got drawn in the blue corner in a quarter final bout against Nabil Messaoudi (Ligue Francophone de Box).
The last man drawn was Kenneth Okungbowa (Athlone B.C.) who was drawn in the blue corner to box a semi-final against Kiril Afanasev (IABA).
