The IABA have named a 10-strong Senior team to take on a Boxing England/Southern Counties selection in England later this month.
Both sides meet in Woking in the Greater London area on February 24th.
The Irish squad, which includes two female boxers, Elite semi-finalists Tiegan Russell and Cheyanne O’Neill, leave for England on February 23rd.
Pat Ryan, President of the IABA, wished the Irish team every success and said that upcoming international is part of the ongoing development process of Irish squads.
