
Kieran Molloy advanced to the last 16 of the European U/ 22 Championships in Roseto, Italy today.
The Galway welterweight beat Germany’s Dan Krotter on a 4-1 split decision over three, three minute rounds.
Molloy found the target with a solid body shot in the opening round and continued to dominate in rounds two and three of a tight contest.
