There will be no further schoolboys squad training in 2018.
However, the IABA President Dominic O’Rourke requests a meeting of all club coaches who had Irish Champions at Boy 1/2/3/4 ages in 2018, to take place at 11am this Saturday, December 15th, in the Ringside Club at the National Boxing Stadium. At this meeting, the objectives and training plans for 2019 will be laid out and coaches will have an opportunity to have any questions answered.
The schoolboy coaching staff want to thank all the boxers, club coaches and parents who attended squad training during 2018. The commitment shown by the boxers at training was top class and we hope that this will continue in 2019.
