ULSTER ELITE S/FINALS RESULTS


Colm Murphy and JP Hale will meet for the featherweight title at the Ulster Elite Championships.

Murphy, who beat current Irish Elite flyweight champion, Jude Gallagher, in the last-eight, advanced at the expense of Kane Marshall at Belfast’s Devenish Complex tonight.

Hale won the corresponding 57kg semi-final versus Conor Kerr, while Jack McGivern, Daryl Clarke, Eugene McKeever and Matthew McCole also progressed.

Karol Dlugosz and Michael Erpelding will go head-to-head for the heavyweight title and Dennis Boriskins meets Patrick Rogers for the super heavy belt after the quartet had their hands raised in victory tonight.

The finals will be decided at the Ulster Hall next Tuesday night.
