Please note that there will be no training this Saturday the 24th September for the Junior and Youth Female squad.
Training will resume at the National Stadium gym the following week on Saturday 1st October.
Two sessions, first session starting at 11am sharp and the second at 2:15 pm with lunch provided.
Full attendance and please bring all equipment, head guard, protector, gum shield, skipping rope, gloves, wraps, towel and water.
