12th March – 1st Meeting Rulebook Sub Committee completed.
20th March – Submissions and recommendations to Sarah O’Shea for possible inclusion in Rulebook by Committee members.
27th March – 2nd Meeting ( Envisaged to have previous rulebooks and recommendations compiled and discussed and other submissions discussed re possible inclusion in Rulebook 2018)
9th April – 3rd Meeting Rulebook Sub Committee scheduled.
April/ May /June – At least 5 meetings envisaged along with emails and phone conversations between committee members.
30th June – Envisaged to have 1st Draft Rulebook complete
July 1st – July 8th – Rulebook Sub Committee review of Draft
July 9th – Draft Rulebook to be made available to members (Comments and recommendations invited)
July 31st – Final date for Comments and recommendations to HQ.
August 1st – 20th Consideration by Committee of Comments and recommendations received . Rulebook draft revised if required.
August 21st -31st Road-show in all 6 Units.
September/Oct – EGM/ AGM to ratify Rulebook.
