The IABA have named a 17 strong squad from a meeting with England in Newcastle on Saturday afternoon.
The bulk of the Irish panel are current Open Junior Cadet champions from last month.
The IABA will confirm their side for the European Junior Male and Female Championships next week.
Both Ireland and England are building toward the Europeans which begin in Galati, Romania on May 22.
Meantime, the doors open for Saturday afternoon’s international in Newcastle at 11.45am.
World boxing powerhouses Ireland and England finished in 2nd (England) and third spot in the medals table behind Russia at the 2018 Juniors in Russia last October.
