European Games champion Michael O’Reilly gets Ireland’s campaign at the 35th Gee Bee tournament underway in Helsinki, Finland today.

The AIBA World No. 2 ranked middleweight meets Italy’s Giovanni Sarachiato in the 8th bout on the program which begins at 11am (Irish time).

Dean Wash and Darren O’Neill are in action this afternoon/evening in the 4th and 12th bouts versus Lithuania and Russia. Boxing starts at 4pm (Irish time).

Stephen McKenna and TJ Waite received byes into Saturday’s semi-finals versus Russia and Belgium.

Helsinki is two hours ahead of Ireland.
