The deadline for entries for the European Shadowboxing Challange is next Sunday, May 31.
The unique competition has attracted plenty of interest from Ireland and throughout the Continent.
The challenge is the project of the European Boxing Confederation (EUBC).
Athletes can upload their shadowboxing videos to their social media pages.
A EUBC jury will decide the champions in three categories – Elite, Youth and Veteran.
