Entries are being accepted for the European Shadow Boxing Championships.
The President of the Netherlands Boxing Federation, Mr Boris Van der Vorst, is recommending the new type of competition during the Covid-19 restrictions on training and tournaments.

Competitors can make 30-second videos showcasing their techniques and punches.
The videos should be sent to the official email address of the European Boxing Confederation: eubc.office@gmail.com.
Elite, Youth and veteran shadow boxers can enter and a jury will decide the champions.
All of the winners will be informed by email and will receive prizes from the European Boxing Confederation (EUBC).
“The management of the European Boxing Confederation is planning to inspire its boxing family to be fit, motivated and healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic,” said the EUBC.
