Three Team Ireland boxers contest the finals of the European U22 Championship in Porec, Croatia today.
Team Co-Captain, light middleweight Lisa O’Rourke, is the first Irish boxer between the ropes. She takes on Daria Parada of Poland in Bout 5 of the Afternoon Session, which begins at 1pm, Irish time.
54kg Niamh Fay, a former European Youth champ, meets Sharon Prisco of Italy in Bout 2 of the Evening Session and former European Youth gold medalist, middleweight Aoibhe Carabine takes on Ukrainian Karolina Makhno in But 5 of the same session, which begins at 5pm, Irish time.
The tournament is being streamed by the EUBC on its YouTube channel. A single ring will be in operation, and a link will be issued shortly.

The 4th Team Ireland boxer through to the finals is now 2 time European U22 Championship medalist, heavyweight Jack Marley.
Jack’s final, against, Roberto Lizzi of Italy, will be the last bout of the tournament. The contest is bout 6 in Wednesday’s evening session, which begins at 6pm, Irish time.
Team Ireland has also won 3 bronze medals at the tournament, for bantamweight, Dylan Eagleson, Welterweight, Kaci Rock, and lightweight Paul Loonam.
